Obituary for Betty Vaughn
Betty Jean Vaughn of Lemoore passed away at home on December 3, 2020 at the age of 94. Betty was born in Coalinga and raised in Kettleman City. She worked at Kettleman City Elementary School starting out as the cook and retiring after almost 40 years as the school secretary. She and her husband moved to Lemoore in 1999.
Betty is survived by her 2 sons: Dale and his wife Martha of Avenal and Gail and his wife Bonnie of Lemoore, 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Vaughn, son Jerry Vaughn, 3 brothers: Bobby Carlson, Ronnie Carlson and Gerald Carlson along with her sister Thelma Champlin.
