Dorothy Sablan Dowd of Lemoore passed away at her home surrounded by her family on August 11, 2021 at the age of 83. Dorothy was born in Agana, Guam to Nicolas and Dolores Sablan.
Survived by her siblings: Silvia Sablan, Daniel Sablan and Anthony & Francisca Sablan. Her children: John & Alice Quenga, Vivian Quenga and Erica Sablan as well as 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Douglas Dowd, parents: Nicolas & Dolores Sablan, her siblings: Joycelyn & Ignacio Cruz, Elias & Rosa Sablan as well as her sister-in-law Teresita Sablan.
