Elmer Lee “Blackie” Waymire, 89, of Lemoore passed away November 9th in Tulare. Blackie was born in Scranton, Iowa to Fred and Mary Waymire. He was a retired plumber.
Blackie is survived by his wife Rickie Waymire, 2 sons: Gary Waymire of Susanville, Dale Waymire of Alaska, 2 daughters: Jeri Sheek of Lemoore and Carol Jones of Roseville, 6 grandchildren: Trevor Logan Sheek, Heather Jones Gardiner, Carla To’a, Bernita Boyse, Christina Norton & Deborah Burnham, and 6 great-grandchildren: Brendon Gardiner, Caydence Gardiner, Taliana To’a, Nicholas Nuuvali, Antonio Medrano, Teri Lubbers, his mother-in-law along with brother-in-laws, sister-in-law and numerous nieces & nephews.
