Obituary for Gail Mercurio
Gail Mercurio, 46, of Lemoore, CA, suddenly departed our world from a pulmonary heart attack on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 9:22 p.m.
Gail was born in Long Beach, CA on March 3, 1974 at St. Mary Medical Center. Gail graduated from Lemoore High School in 1992. And graduated from Fresno State University and received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration; with a concentration of Management; from The Sid Craig School of Business.
Gail was married to Jessica Mercurio in 2008. He is survived by his parents, Fernando and Amalia Mercurio; his wife, Jessica; his children, Kindal, Atreayu, Ikarris, and Sione; his brother, Eric and wife, Maria; and youngest brother, Noel.
At 16, Gail began working for the Southgate Bingo Palace (currently known as Tachi Palace Casino & Resort) as a Bingo Server. And over the course of 30 years, Gail advanced to the title of Purchasing Manager for the Tachi Palace Casino & Resort.
Gail was the Vice-President and Coach for the Lemoore Youth Football Program, he also coached for the Lemoore Little League and Lemoore NJB. Gail was also affiliated with numerous softball teams from Lemoore and Hanford.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 7th from 3:00 – 6:00 P.M. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Lemoore. A Vigil Rosary Service will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 P.M. at St. Peter’s. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with burial to follow at Lemoore Cemetery.
