Obituary

Paul David Whited, age 52, passed from this earth in Fresno, California on May 31, 2020.
David was born August 16, 1967 in Delano, California to Herman Lee Roy Whited and Virginia Lee Keith. He graduated from Riverdale Christian Academy and worked as a construction contractor for 30 plus years. He married Diane Marie Bohannan on June 6, 1987 in Riverdale, California and they raised 5 children together in Riverdale before moving the family to Mansfield, Missouri in 2007. He and Diane returned to California temporarily and were there when he passed.
Paul "Whited, known by most as Dave, loved spending time with his family & was happiest when surrounded by his grandkids. Dave was always willing to lend a hand to those in need and never met a stranger he wouldn't help. Many will remember Dave as someone who loved to laugh and joke. One of his favorites was, "Do you smell fried chicken?" He had a way to make each and every person feel special. He taught us so much....from the Whited whistle to pranks & how to love. To him, family was most important & took top priority in his life. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Whited; his daughter, Davina Cox & her husband, Shawn; three sons, Paul Whited; Adam Whited, his wife, Jenny; Tyler Whited and his fiancée Lexi. He bad 10 grandchildren, Olivia, Addilynn & Wade Cox; Ian, Wyatt, Dannika & Sawyer Whited; Lena Whited; Hope & Elijah. He is also survived by two brothers, Jerry & Kevin Whited; two sisters, Debbie Whited & Sherry Romero and scores of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by liis parents, Herman & Virginia Whited, his son, Ethan Jeremy Whited, his brother Alan Whited and sister Patsy Whited-Costillo.
His viewing was in Lemoore, California on June 8, 2020 at Phipps Dale Funeral Chapel. A graveside service is planned when the family takes him home to Missouri to lay him to rest.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Revelations 21:4
